I’m a design researcher who diagnoses systems, not only screens. I help organisations turn strategy, culture, and space into experiences people can feel oriented in. My background in Human–Computer Interaction, UX, and service design gives me the delivery muscle; my research in spatial analysis, space syntax, and cultural systems, grounded in systems thinking, helps me reveal the hidden narratives that shape behaviour.

I translate those insights into actionable frameworks, interaction patterns, and service blueprints that reconnect business intent with human experience.
